Russian strikes killed three and wounded dozens in Ukraine, prompting President Putin to warn Europe that sending troops would mean direct conflict, while denying any threat to the continent.

Russian strikes resulted in three civilian deaths and dozens wounded across Ukraine, including in Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih, and Odesa, where a residential highrise was destroyed.
