Former 'Ned's Declassified' actor Tylor Chase was inexplicably released from a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold meant for detox, despite being assessed as a danger to himself, and was later found back on the streets smoking meth.
Tylor Chase, known from 'Ned's Declassified,' is struggling to get the rehab he desperately needs. After his advocate, Jacob Harris, called a mental health crisis team, Tylor was placed on a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold. However, according to 'Mighty Ducks' star Shaun Weiss, he was inexplicably released without contact, preventing his transfer to a pre-arranged detox facility. Tylor was later found back on the streets in Riverside, California, where the crisis team was called again. During this second evaluation, he was reportedly seen smoking meth in freezing cold temperatures without shoes or a jacket, and was once again assessed as a danger to himself, yet still left on the street. Shaun Weiss also highlighted that well-meaning fans giving Tylor money on the street are inadvertently hindering his recovery efforts.
