According to the complaint, Bryan alleges that a visibly intoxicated N.O.R.E. committed an act of nonconsensual digital penetration in front of her friends, physically overpowering her until other clubgoers intervened. She claims he followed her afterward, asking, "Don’t you know who I am?" before recognizing her and attempting to apologize weeks later. Bryan reportedly confided in Jay-Z, with whom she claims she had a secret on-off relationship, and he allegedly threatened to confront N.O.R.E. She chose to remain silent publicly for years but was inspired to come forward after Cassie sued Diddy, which triggered her own traumatic memories. Bryan asserts the assault's public nature magnified its impact, highlighting the pressure on women in the industry to endure male misconduct silently. She also claims N.O.R.E. denied her private settlement attempts in March. Bryan is seeking compensatory damages, as well as damages for emotional distress and mental anguish.
