Callers informed dispatchers that Urker was in a 'dark place' and owned a gun. Later, another caller stated he had 'killed himself.' Gypsy's brother, Dylan, entered the home through a bedroom window and found Urker unconscious and cold on his bed. Deputies located a holstered handgun, a syringe, and two shot glasses on a nightstand, along with drug paraphernalia and a brown powdery substance in the bathroom. The report did not confirm the gun was fired or used in his death. Urker was found on his birthday, after Gypsy had texted him 'Happy Birthday' without receiving a response.
