Michael McKee, 39, the ex-husband of Monique Tepe, has been charged with the murders of his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, 39, and her current husband, Dr. Spencer Tepe, 37. The couple was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds on the second floor of their Columbus home on December 30, following a wellness check prompted by Spencer Tepe's absence from work. Their two young children were found unharmed in the residence. McKee, who divorced Monique Tepe in 2017, was booked in Illinois and is currently being held there. Investigators believe the attack occurred between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., having previously released security footage of a person of interest. Official reports from the Franklin County Coroner's Office confirmed the deaths as an "apparent homicide by gunshot wounds." McKee's next court date is set for Monday.
